I must post this to all who are apprehensive about taking your vehicle to a new mechanic: CALL CHARLIE! I had been using Norton Grimes (Roy) for over 25 years for service on all my vehicle's until sadly Roy retired so I was lost on who to trust and believe. Tuesday after towing my boat I noticed I needed brakes so my fears kicked in after reading many reviews ,I was referred to Tuffy by my best friend. I called and Charlie answered, told me bring it in and it would be complete the next day. I then asked for a quote and when I went to pick it up the following day, it was done to my satisfaction and 12 cents CHEAPER then the quote. THAT IS A BUSINESS THAT DESERVES MY BUSINESS....AND YOURS!

I lost my 6 spline lug nut remover for my truck. I knew it was either 1" or 1"1/16.. The guy wouldn't tell me the right size , he just said it would take a few hours to do the work. With the right tools I can do the same job in 1 hr . Bare in mind I don't have the right tool. So I call midas on monroe street and they not only have the right tool . They give me the web address to buy that tool . And they got the job done within an hour of my visit. .!!..
